Specials & Packages
Enhance your stay at Swantown Inn with one of our thoughtfully curated promotions, packages, and seasonal specials. From eBike rentals that make exploring Olympia effortless, to roses and champagne for life’s most meaningful moments, we offer memorable touches to suit every occasion. We also provide options tailored for families and small groups, making it easy to gather and celebrate together. As the Washington State Capital, Olympia welcomes many public servants, and we are proud to honor the Government Per Diem rate for eligible state workers.

Chance for Romance
ro·mance (noun) a romantic spirit, sentiment, emotion, or desire.
Spend a romantic evening with your special someone in any of our rooms. You will be greeted with an arrangement of chocolates and two dozen roses to start your evening right. Bring a bottle of champagne or your favorite wine, and we will provide the ice bucket and glasses.

Honeymooner's Haven
Stay with us in the Astoria Room (you could also add this on to the Puget Suite, or any other room) during your honeymoon or wedding night. You will be greeted with sparkling cider or champagne and chocolates upon arrival.
Relax and unwind in the Jacuzzi (Astoria room only). Then lounge around in our luxurious microfiber bathrobes, which are yours to keep as part of this package (normally $129 each).
The cost for this package is $199 (in addition to the room cost). A late check-out of 1pm is allowed only with this package (and is subject to availability).

Washington Bicycling Retreat
Whether your bicycling holiday is car based or a great journey over many weeks or months, you will like this Washington Bicycling Retreat package! We designed it to be a respite from the endless miles. Or it can just be a nice way to end the day cycling Olympia and Thurston County’s great trails.
If you turn up on a bike or with bikes on your car, we will knock off 20% off our regular room rates for any two-night or longer stay.
We can also provide you with an absolutely amazing bicycling map for all of Thurston County. Note our location is less than a mile from the Woodland Trail, which is a connector to the Chehalis Trail.

Family Getaway in Olympia
We may be Innkeepers, but we are also parents of young kids. Due to the layout of the older part of the inn, our policies do not allow for kids under 12 (many of our guests are parents themselves seeking a kid-free getaway for a little rest and respite), but we have added on our new Puget Suite, which does allow children, so you can enjoy a great place to stay with your family, while visiting the Hands On Children’s Museum.
From first-hand experience, it has to be the absolute best children’s museum in the country. The new location has only been open for a few years now, and features special events and new activities all the time. Its core displays and activities are enough for a day's entertainment. Add in the special events and seasonal activities and it gets even better!

Last-Minute Special
Give us a call, after 11am, on 360.753.9123 and mention this special. If we have availability tonight, we will give you a discount on our regular rates (You must pay by cash to receive this discount, and you cannot book this online).
This last-minute special is great for last-minute getaways, anniversaries, or when Grandma offers to look after the kids for the night! Pair it with a movie or a night at the theater and one of Olympia’s great restaurants, and you have the makings of a relaxing evening away from home.

Government Per Diem
At Swantown Inn, we happily accept the Government Per Diem for government employees who are here in Olympia on a business-related trip.
Please note, the per diem rate is for one person, and the per diem for breakfast is separate. We create a bill that reflects that you have paid these two items. We do not require you to have breakfast, but if you do you are charged the per diem. Speaking of breakfast, we are willing and able to work with you to provide breakfast at a time that allows you to easily make your meetings.
