Intimate Wedding Package

Stuck between an Elopement and larger wedding? This is your wedding package. Perfect for those couples that don’t want a courthouse ceremony, but want to have more quests attend their ceremony than what is typical for an elopement. In contrast to our other packages we have used the cost of a courthouse ceremony (Judge) versus paying for an ordained minister to be your officiant for value purposes.

Intimate Wedding Includes: Up to 20 guests, use of entire grounds and/or downstairs of the house for two hours between the hours of 12:00pm and 3:00pm, officiant services, bouquet for the bride, boutonniere for the groom, small maid/matron of honor bouquet, boutonniere for the best man, professionally decorated three tier wedding cake, sparkling cider, and a night in the Astoria Room.

Notes:

• We require payment in full to hold a particular date. Payments are non-refundable. If we are able to resell the day of your reservation a refund equal to the amount of the rooms sold will be returned to you less a $120 service charge.
• Check out for overnight guests is 11am.
• You may arrange a tour of the house and grounds by calling us and making an appointment.
• The whole house can be rented for accommodation at $546 per night (plus tax). This can be handy when you have out of town guests.
